Walt from Seniors and Life Solutions

Sell Fast Realty, Kimberlee Frank, Taylor Frank and Robert O’Hare share a wonderful story of how they had fun.  The Church on the Living Edge decided to reach out to the Orlando Community in July during compassion week.  I, Kimberlee Frank of Sell Fast Realty was excited as I always wanted to show my son how to give back but never did it.     I asked my 15 year old son, Taylor Frank and his friend 15 year old, Robert O’Hare if they wanted to help.  They said sure.  We met with Walt from Senior and Life Solutions.com who said come on over.  We met him at a church in Oviedo where they packed food for seniors. I was so impressed with him he has done this for years.  He is truly a hero for many in need.  Listen to the video – you might have to turn it up or go to around 2 minutes to hear clearer.  http://youtu.be/huowI3awUOU

Food packed for Seniors and Life Solutions ready for delivery.

The room was small and really hot.  There were NO FANS and we were all sweating.  If anyone is reading this article and would like to donate some, I believe all the volunteers would be very appreciative.

Here are a few pictures of the room and  the food they have already packed.

The boys attention span was lost quickly.  We were given the option of either delivering meals or packing bags. Of course, the boys jumped on the delivery.

We started at 6:00 p.m. and finished at 11:00 p.m.  The kids and I had such a great time.  I know, I know, the delivery time was late but never late than never.  Taylor said we were driving like the Fast and Furious as there were raised humps in the neighborhoods.  So picture this!  We were going down the road and looking for an address in the dark when boom we went up and over the raised humps.  Taylor hit his head on the ceiling, Robert about choked on his gum and the food in the back of the car went thump.  We laughed so hard until we were crying.

The best part of compassion week was the closeness and learning experience my son and Robert had with seeing the happy faces of the people who we delivered food too.  Thank you so much Church on the Living Edge for doing compassion week.

I am urging anyone who has the time or money to contribute to www.SeniorsandLifeSolutions.com.  In addition, join me and my family at Church on the Living Edge for a great time.  www.ChurchontheLivingEdge.com.

Take Care,

Kimberlee Frank
